Charges for possession of drug paraphernalia are pending against a 42 year old Hanover man following an incident in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

Theft of money reported in the first block of Carlisle Street.

Sonya Hartman, age 35 of Hanover, was cited for harassment following an incident in the first block of Allegheny Avenue.

Theft of leased property reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive. Investigation continues.

1006:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident in the 1000 block of Carlisle Street. A 1997 Ford F-150 operated by Lisa Smith, of Halethorpe, MD, was struck by a 2005 Dodge Caravan operated by Michael Harris, of Hanover.

1053:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident in the 200 block of Third Street. A 1970 Chevrolet El Camino operated by Jeremie Langkam, of Hanover, struck a mailbox owned by the US Postal Service, a fence owned by Marvin Muhlhausen, of Hanover, and a porch owned by Billy Kraft, of Hanover. 

1113: 
Charges for Driving Under the Influence and associated traffic offenses are pending against a 46 year old Hanover man following an accident in the 200 block of Third Street. 

1349:
A charge of retail theft is pending against a 16 year old New Oxford juvenile following an incident in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

0404:
A charge of harassment is pending against a 29 year old Hanover man following an incident reported in the first block of Park Avenue.

0623:
Disturbance involving a disorderly subject reported in the 200 block of Baltimore Street.

0659:
Shade M. Gesser, age 26 of Hanover, was arrested and charged with possessing instruments of a crime, simple assault, and harassment following an incident reported in the first block of W. Park Avenue. He was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Eshbach and committed to the York County Prison in lieu of bail.

0941:
Disturbance involving a neighbor dispute reported in the 700 block of Blossom Drive.

1100:
Minor injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive. James Startzel, of Hanover, lost control of the 2011 Harley Davidson Electra-Glide he was riding.

Charges for harassment and disorderly conduct are pending against a man and woman, both 22 and of Hanover, following an incident reported in the 500 block of Broadway.

1204:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman reported in the 200 block of Centennial Avenue.

1228:
Charges for criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, and criminal trespass are pending against a 24 year old Hanover man following an incident reported in the 200 block of Baltimore Street.

Leslie Lopez-Moore, age 22 of Hanover, was cited for retail theft following an incident reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

Suspicious person reported loitering in the 500 block of George Street. The subject was located and checked out okay.
