Charges for burglary, criminal trespass, and theft by unlawful taking were filed and an arrest warrant was issued for Philip Moriarty, age 47 of Hanover, following a burglary reported in the first block of Sprenkle Avenue. He was later arrested for the warrant and turned over to a constable for further disposition.
0809:
Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 300 block of Doss Alley involving several subjects thought to be engaged in drug activity and loitering in the area over the last several weeks.
1029:
Sebastian Whycryst, age 19 of Hanover, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance following an incident reported in the 500 block of Broadway. He was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Reilly and released on $20,000.00 unsecured bail.

Missing person was reported in the first block of E. Walnut Street involving a 14 year old runaway juvenile who later returned home.
1157:
Minor injury was reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred at Carlisle and Gail Streets. A 2000 Chevrolet Prism operated by Raquan Ashe, of Hanover, struck a 2017 Chrysler 300 operated by Linda Corson, of Fairfield, PA.

Domestic argument that had occurred between a man and a woman was reported in the area of E. Walnut and York Streets.

No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred at Eagle Avenue and an unnamed alley. A 2008 Freightliner 2500 operated by Joel Herrera-Ramirez, of Laurel, MD, struck a 2023 Audi A4 operated by Michael Strappazon, of Hanover.

Criminal mischief was reported at a business in the 400 block of Fame Avenue where an employee’s water bottle was tampered with.

Criminal mischief was reported in the 100 block of Charles Street where a window to a parked vehicle was damaged.

A charge for retail theft is pending against a 19 year old Hanover woman following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

Theft was reported in the 1000 block of Carlisle Street where catalytic converters were taken off two parked vehicles sometime over the last week.

Missing person was reported in the first block of E. Walnut Street involving a 14 year old runaway juvenile who was located and returned home.
