Kenneth Coppersmith, age 80 of Hanover, was cited for retail theft following an incident reported in the 800 block of Carlisle Street.

1355:
Retail theft reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1431:
Charges for driving under the influence are pending against a 34 year old Upperco, MD, woman following an incident in the 100 block of Stock Street.

1507:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident at Broadway and Moulstown Road. A 2005 Jeep Liberty operated by Haydee Ramos-Quinones, of Hanover, struck a 2005 Ford Mustang operated by Kandi Allison, of Gettysburg.

Criminal trespass involving a subject loitering on private property reported in the 500 block of Broadway. 

1830:
Minor injury was reported and towing was not required following an accident in the 100 block of E. Middle Street. A 2002 Yamaha Vino Classic operated by Zachary Crawford, of Hanover, collided with the roadway.

Disturbance involving an argument between several subjects reported in the 700 block of Grant Drive.

Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman reported in the first block of Colonial Crest Circle.

1618:
Constantin Dumitru, age 47 of Charlotte, NC, was cited for criminal trespass following an incident in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1656:
Disturbance involving an argument between two women reported in the 200 block of Poplar Street.

1924:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident at Eisenhower Drive and Wilson Avenue. A 2002 Honda Odyssey operated by a Hanover juvenile struck a curb owned by the Borough of Hanover.

2006: 
Charges for retail theft are pending against a 17 year old York juvenile, an 18 year old Jacobus male, and a 20 year old York male, following an incident reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

Missing persons reported in the 300 block of E. Elm Avenue where a runaway male juvenile was located and returned home.

No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident in the 300 block of Eisenhower Drive. A 2009 Subaru Outback operated by Susan Franz, of Hanover, struck a curb owned by the Borough of Hanover.

No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive. A 2009 Subaru Outback operated by Susan Franz, of Hanover, struck a curb and shrubbery owned by Ridge North Shopping Center Associates, LLC.

Disturbance involving a minor altercation between juveniles reported in the 100 block of N. Franklin Street.

Disturbance involving a minor altercation between juveniles reported in the 100 block of N. Franklin Street.

1818:
Theft of toys reported in the 100 block of Baltimore Street.

1834:
Ronald Charnigo, age 60 of Hanover, was arrested and charged with public drunkenness following an incident reported in the first block of W. Elm Avenue. He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Office for further disposition.
