1230:
Theft was reported in the 400 block of Baltimore Street where a radio was taken from a parked vehicle sometime overnight.

1347:
A charge for disorderly conduct is pending against a 12 year old Hanover juvenile following an incident reported in the 300 block of Keagy Avenue.

1400:
Fraud involving a phone scam was reported in the 800 block of Randolph Street.

1847:
Minor injury was reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred in the 600 block of Carlisle Street.  Jessica Beavers, of Abbottstown, was operating a 2009 Yamaha motorcycle and lost control. 

1920:
Criminal mischief was reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street where graffiti was written on a parking meter.

2007:
Scott Blouse, age 52 of no fixed address, was arrested for outstanding warrants in the 1100 block of Carlisle Street.  He was turned over to a constable for further disposition.

Domestic argument occurring between a man and woman was reported in the 1000 block of Carlisle Street.
