Drug related charges for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia are pending against a 21 year old man, of no fixed address, following an incident reported in the first block of Orchard Street.

1150:
Criminal mischief was reported in the 600 block of Broadway where graffiti was spray painted on a building.  Similar incidents were also reported in the first block of Ridge Avenue and first and one hundred blocks of E. Middle Street.

1358:
Alexandra Folk, age 29 of Dover, PA, was cited for retail theft following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1425:
Disturbance involving a disorderly female subject was reported at a business in the 100 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1752:
Disturbance involving a fight occurring between several subjects was reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

1929:
A 12 year old Hanover juvenile was cited for retail theft following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.
