Saturday night, just before 11 p.m., NCPD officers stopped a vehicle with no headlights near Rivers & Barnwell Avenues.

During the stop, the officer smelled marijuana and found a male juvenile carrying a Glock handgun. As a juvenile, he is not legally allowed to possess a firearm. He was arrested on the scene.
