On March 13th, 2024, at approximately 1604 hours, officers were dispatched to the Nazareth Borough Park for a report of an assault. After officers spoke with all parties involved and witnesses, it was determined the actor punched the victim in the facial area multiple times, causing the victim to fall to the ground. During the assault, the victim sustained facial swelling and bruising, who was then transported to the hospital for a medical examination. After being assessed at the hospital, it was determined the victim sustained a concussion during the assault. The actor was subsequently charged for the assault.
