As the investigation has progressed, 5 additional victims came forward. As a result, Selby was charged with 2 additional sets of criminal charges in relation to juvenile victims.

Selby faces charges of rape and sexual assault for an incident that allegedly occurred almost 30 years ago.
Selby is additionally charged with rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault, and statutory sexual assault of a 12-year-old victim and attempted rape, attempted statutory sexual assault, and attempted sexual assault of another victim in November 1999.
