William Martin (16 years old) has been charged as an adult in connection with a shooting incident that occurred on March 19, 2024, within the vicinity of the 200 block of W. Grant St. During the incident, a juvenile sustained injuries that were not life-threatening.

Martin has been charged with charged with one (1) count of Aggravated Assault (F1), five (5) counts of Firing into an Occupied Structure (F3), one (1) count of Carrying a Firearm without a License (F3), one (1) count of Possession of a Firearm by a Minor (M1), and six (6) counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person (M2).

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
