On the morning of 11/26, Officer Spotts conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with 2 occupants. During the stop, the passenger was found to be entered into NCIC as a missing juvenile. After contacting Lower Southampton PD, it was discovered that the juvenile had left home on 11/23/17 and didn't return. Officers made contact with the juvenile's parents and he was returned home.
