The North Charleston Police Department Cops Athletic Program (C.A.P.) provides an opportunity for school-aged youth to build positive relationships with police officers. C.A.P. gives young people the chance to interact with officers in a positive setting outside their traditional law enforcement roles.
These partnerships help strengthen community ties, foster teamwork, and promote unity through the spirit of youth athletics.
