In September of this year the York County District Attorney’s Office successfully prosecuted several notable cases.  One was Timothy Pough who was charged with First Degree Murder from the July 4, 2018 shooting death of Elijah Shuler. 

The other was Robert Lee Johnson II.  Johnson was charged by York City Police Detectives with First Degree Murder from the May 22, 2018 shooting death of L.A. Truvillion Sr.  On October 21^st, 2019 Johnson was sentenced to life in prison. 

Thank you to the York County District Attorney’s Office for their tireless efforts in prosecuting this case.  Hopefully this sentencing will lend some type of closure to the victim’s families and friends.
