Municipal Police and Radar
Speeding is the cause or a significant factor in most motor vehicle accidents every year. Presently only the Pennsylvania State Police have the ability to use radar in Pennsylvania. Senate Bill 607 has been proposed which would allow for all Police Agencies in Pennsylvania to use radar to combat this safety concern.
