Commissioner Michael Muldrow and the York City Police Department invite the community to come out, as he takes the stage on Saturday, January 17th, 2026, from 10 am to 2 pm, at Logos Academy (250 W. King St., York, PA 17401) for the 2026 - I Have A Dream Conference, celebrating the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King. Commissioner Muldrow will be joined on the stage by an esteemed group of speakers, including:

• Jawon Chisolm - Former Pittsburgh Steeler, Performance Coach, and founder of Struggle to Succeed
• Daniela-Gabrielle Smallwood  - CEO, Marketing Executive, Author,  Motivational Speaker, and Business Coach
• Mel Wells - President, CEO, and Minister of the One Day at a Time (ODAAT), credited with helping transform a small recovery mission into a citywide movement across Philadelphia.
• Tavon Parker - Motivational Speaker, Author, Founder, and CEO of the York-based youth mentorship-focused program, The Advantage Program.
