On September 15, 2019 10,000 Acts of Kindness was held at Penn Park in York City.  This festival was to be an all-inclusive unity festival where area residents could "break bread together to celebrate the kindnesses that have been gifted throughout the year."  The goal behind this event was to shed a positive light on South Central Pennsylvania.
