York City Police have obtained an arrest warrant for Jamal Cullars, age 33, for the following offenses:         

Aggravated Assault

Strangulation

Endangering the Welfare of a Child

Simple Assault

Incident Details

On Thursday October 15^th, 2020 at approximately 1800 hrs., York City Police responded to the 500 block of Walnut St for a domestic disturbance. On scene, it was determined that Cullars had assaulted a juvenile male and female within the residence. The male juvenile was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
