Incident

On Wednesday, August 18^th, 2021, at approximately 1:26pm, York City Police responded to 601 E. Market Street for a reported shooting. On scene, officers discovered a 35 year old male victim who sustained a gunshot wound to his leg. Officers were able to quickly arrest the suspect, Marcial SERRANO (age 47). The victim was treated at York Hospital where he is expected to survive.
