Homicide Investigation

On Thursday, March 30^th, 2023, at approximately 9:34 am, York City Police Department responded to an address in the 100 block of E. Maple St for a reported shooting. On scene, officers found a 24-year-old male victim who had sustained injuries from a shooting. The victim was transported to an area hospital and subsequently passed away. A known suspect remained on scene and is cooperating with police. Investigation continues.
