Victim Identified:  The victim has been as identified as 65 year old Sterling Miller of York, PA.

Shooting Investigation

On Saturday, July 8th 2023 at approximately 1551 hours, York City Police responded to the 1000 block of Richland Ave. for a reported shooting. On scene, officers discovered a 65-year-old male with a single gunshot wound. The victim was transported to York hospital and remains in critical condition. Detectives were notified. Investigation continues.
