At 14:45 Monday afternoon, officers responded to the 1200 block of West King Street for reports of a vehicle backing into another while trying to park. Upon arrival, the operator of the vehicle seemed to be under the influence of alcohol. Being unaware of why the police had been called, the driver was unable to complete a field sobriety tests and had trouble standing up. He was taken to York Hospital for a blood draw, and then to Central Booking where he was charged with his second DUI in less than two weeks.
