On Monday, Sept. 30, 2019, West York Borough Police arrested Eric Templin, 39, of the 1200 Blk. of W. Poplar Street for Theft from a Motor Vehicle, and various misc. offenses to include a drug charge.

Templin is alleged to have broken into a local food truck in the early morning hours of Sept. 28, 2019, breaking open a cash register and taking an amount of money.

Templin was identified based on an investigation and review of local surveillance cameras.

He is currently awaiting arraignment at the Central Booking Center.
