While investigating an incident at 19 S Adams St Officer's entered a dwelling and discovered many hypodermic needles and a plastic baggie sticking up out of a purse. Police removed the baggie from the purse and it contained a white powder substance. Amber Nauss was placed under arrest and transported to Central Booking.
