On Saturday (11/23/19) evening, WYBPD Patrolmen where summoned to the York Fuel Stop in the 1100 blk of W. Market Street for a reported shoplifter. Upon arrival, Patrolmen learned that the suspect had stolen misc. items and fled the store.

This suspect was located a few blocks away and detained. A search of him revealed stolen merchandise from the store. The individual was identified as Wesley Blair.

Based upon Blair's prior criminal history (multiple convictions of retail theft), he was charged with Felony Retail Theft and taken to the Central Booking Center for arraignment.
