Ofc. Balderston with the Springettsbury Twp. Police Dept. is requesting assistance with identifying this suspect that was involved in a retail theft and hit and run at Walmart.  The suspect stole items from the store and then struck another motorist in the parking lot while fleeing in a Nissan SUV.  If you can provide any assistance please contact Ofc.
