On April 10^th, 2026, at approximately 2:31 p.m., the Springettsbury Township Police Department was dispatched to a wooded area south of 138 Mt Zion Rd for the report of a deceased subject.  Upon arrival, officers located one deceased subject on the ground inside the small wooded area.  The subject was recovered and transported to the York County Coroner’s Office.

An autopsy is being scheduled, and the investigation remains ongoing.
