On 12/26/25, Toshia Shearer was charged with Trespassing (M), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M) and Disorderly Conduct when after being told by the business not to return, she returned and threw a pot of coffee. When located, she was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and a controlled substance.

Shearer is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
