On 6/22/26, Michelle Brenneman was charged with Retail Theft (F) and Theft by Deception (M) for taking $141 worth of merchandise from Walmart and trying to make a fraudulent return for $45.

Brenneman is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
