The annual Hanover Halloween Parade will be held on Thursday October 27, 2022 at 7:30 p.m.   The parade route will start on Baltimore Street at O’Neill Avenue and will travel north to Stock Street in Hanover Borough.

The staging area will be in Penn Township.  No parking signs will be placed on the parade route and staging area. The following streets will be posted no parking:  Baltimore Street, Ann Street, Baer Avenue, Carson Avenue, East Granger Street, West Granger Street, Heights Avenue, John Street, McAllister Street, O’Neill Avenue, Peter Street, Wayne Avenue and Wirt Avenue.   

Residents living in the affected areas are asked to have their vehicles moved by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday October 27, 2022. Vehicles that have not been moved by that time will be ticketed and towed.

At 5:00 p.m., the roads in the staging area will be closed.

At 7:00 p.m., the detour will go into effect on Baltimore Street and all traffic will be prohibited from entering the parade route.
