Attempt to Identify – Help Penn Township PD catch a thief!

The subject in these still images is wanted for questioning for a theft. The subject was observed arriving in the area of Barnhart Drive just after 1 a.m. on 7/31/2022, as a passenger, in a Nissan SUV with another subject. The subject was able to steal a fire pump testing manifold off the side of a business.
