Camera Caught Them – Can You Name This Subject?

Penn Township Police are attempting to identify the male shown in the attached photographs. He is wanted for questioning in connection with a retail theft that occurred on Sunday, August 2, 2026, in the 1400 block of Baltimore Street in Hanover, PA. The suspect was seen operating a black sedan at the time of the incident. Anyone who recognizes this individual is asked to contact the Penn Township Police Criminal Investigation Division at CID@pennpolice.com.
