Hanover, PA – Following multiple complaints about the illegal sale of tobacco and nicotine products to individuals under 21, the Penn Township Police Department filed charges against the manager of Tobacco Hut, 1055 Baltimore Street, Hanover, PA 17331.
On June 11th, 2026, Detectives from the York County District Attorney's Office and Penn Township Police Department conducted an undercover investigation at the business. During the operation, a manager sold a nicotine vape to an underage buyer.
As a result, Nashwan Moseleh Abdulla Mozeb, 35, of Hanover, has been charged with Sale of Tobacco Products to Minors (Title 18, Section 6305). This case reflects ongoing efforts by local law enforcement to protect youth from illegal access to tobacco and nicotine products and to hold businesses accountable for compliance with Pennsylvania law.
On July 27th, 2026, Nashwan Moseleh Abdulla Mozeb, was found guilty of Sale of tobacco products by MDJ Jeffrey Sneeringer (Magisterial District Court 19-3-05).
