On 3/28/2026 at approximately 11:30 am, CHRISTOPHER FORMICA (age 38) of East Prospect was charged with committing the act(s) of:

1. Cruelty to Animals (M2)
2. Neglect of Animals-Sustenance/Water (M3)
3. Abandon Any Dog w/in Commonwealth (S)

This occurred in the 1st block of West Maple St., in East Prospect Borough.  Based on the incident, an officer with the Lower Windsor Township Police Department filed charges on 3/30/2026 at MDJ 19-3-01 Judge Fishel’s Office.

An Arrest Warrant was issued for CHRISTOPHER FORMICA on 4/28/2026.

FORMICA has been known to frequent Chester, Lancaster and York Counties.
