The Lower Windsor Township Police Department announces the retirement of Officer John Vitko.  

Officer Vitko served the citizens of Lower Windsor Township from November 11, 2001, through July 2, 2022.

We thank him for his 21 years of dedicated service.  Officer Vitko excelled at doing Drug Investigations and always listened to people.

Officer Vitko had an unusual sense of humor which the department members will miss.  

He also enjoyed playing ice hockey for many years.

We wish him well in his future endeavors.
