On Monday, June 8, 2026 the Lower Windsor Township Police Department welcomed its newest member to the department.  Officer Kyle Hoffman was sworn in by Judge John H. Fishel on 6/12/2026.  Congratulations Officer Hoffman and we look forward to you working and serving the citizens of Lower Windsor Township and East Prospect Borough.
