On 12/6/2025 at approximately 3:15 am, RACHAEL LEE BLOUSE (age 46) of York was charged with committing the act(s) of:
- INT POSS CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE BY PERSON NOT REG (M)
- USE/POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA (M)
- DISREGARD TRAFFIC LANE (S)
This occurred while in the in the area of Mount Pisgah Road at Lisa Circle, located in Lower Windsor Township.
Based on the incident an officer with the Lower Windsor Township Police Department filed charges against BLOUSE at MDJ 19-3-01 Judge Fishel’s Office.
A preliminary hearing will be scheduled.
RACHAEL LEE BLOUSE is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
