The Hanover Borough Police Department is investigating a residential fire which occurred yesterday afternoon in the first block of W. Middle Street. The fire was reported on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at approximately 2:56 pm. 

The Hanover Borough Police Department was assisted by Hanover Area Fire and Rescue. Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may have additional information is asked to contact the police department at 717-637-5575 or through York County 911.

The investigation continues.  No further information is available at this time.
