DAILY ACTIVITY LOG:

Friday, September 2, 2022;

0925:
Suspicious male subject was reported loitering to the rear of a business in the 400 block of W. Elm Avenue the previous night.

1012:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 900 block of Carlisle Street.

1204:
Janet Green, age 31 of Hanover, was arrested for outstanding warrants following a traffic stop in the 100 block of North Street.  She was turned over to a constable for further disposition.

1249:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred at High and W. Chestnut Streets.  A 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee operated by Barbara Burger, of Hanover struck a 2010 Mazda 6 operated by Shaun Kline, of Hanover.

1300:
Domestic argument that had occurred earlier in the day between a man and a woman was reported in the 400 block of Baltimore Street.

1719:
Suspicious circumstance was reported in the 100 block of Second Avenue involving items laying in the alley.  The items were checked and everything was okay.

1733:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred in the 500 block of W. Elm Avenue.  A 2011 Toyota Matrix operated by Naomis Cruz-Luciano, of New Oxford, struck a 2021 Toyota RAV4 operated by Kevin Neiderer, of Hanover.

1826:
Minor injury was reported and towing was required following and accident that occurred in the 800 block of Carlisle Street.  A 2011 Ford Focus operated by Jessica Walsh-Farag, of Hanover, struck a utility pole owned by Century Link.

1830:
Disturbance involving loud music was reported in the 100 block of W. Park Avenue.

2308:
Minor injury was reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred in the first block of Baltimore Street.  A white in color Jeep operated by an unknown driver struck Matthew Weston, of Hanover, and fled the scene.  Investigation continues.

Saturday, September 3, 2022;

0833:
Suspicious male subject reported loitering in the first block of McKinley Avenue was not located.

1051:
Theft of a laptop was reported in the 100 block of McAllister Street.

1432:
Theft of money was reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1523:
James Myers, age 41 of Hanover, was cited for harassment following a domestic altercation that occurred in the 300 block of E. Middle Street.

1525:
Disturbance involving loud music was reported in the 700 block of Broadway.

Sunday, September 4, 2022;

1212:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 100 block of Primrose Lane.

1219:
Retail theft that occurred the previous day was reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1248:
Disturbance involving a verbal argument occurring between two women was reported in the 200 block of N. Franklin Street.

1321:
Theft of a mirror was reported taken from a vehicle parked in the 300 block of Fulton Street.

1704:
Criminal mischief was reported in the 1000 block of Carlisle Street where graffiti was spray painted on a building.

1813:
Noe Martinez-Alejandro, age 53 of Hanover, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person, and harassment following a domestic altercation reported in the 200 block of Carlisle Street.  He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition. 

1937:
Disturbance involving several disorderly subjects was reported in the first block of W. Middle Street.

2010:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred in the 400 block of W. Middle Street.  A 2011 Mazda 2 operated by Joseph Trone, of Hanover, struck a parked 2018 BMW XI owned by Silvia Trucious-Perez, of Hanover.

Monday, September 5, 2022;

1257:
Domestic argument occurring between two sisters was reported in the 600 block of Broadway.

2026:
Disturbance involving fireworks being set off was reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

2048:
Disturbance involving a fight occurring between several subjects was reported in the 1100 block of Carlisle Street.

2231:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 100 block of E. Middle Street.

2243:
Wilson Rivera-Garcia, age 64 of Hanover, was cited for harassment following a domestic altercation reported in the 100 block of High Street.

Tuesday, September 6, 2022;

0250:
Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject was reported at a business in the 1100 block of Carlisle Street.

0337:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred in the 500 block of Carlisle Street.  An unknown vehicle struck a utility pole owned by Met-Ed and fled the scene.
