DAILY ACTIVITY LOG:

Friday, September 23, 2022;

1047:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred in the 100 block of Frederick Street.  A 2019 Peterbilt SME operated by Brandon Varner, of Fairfield, struck a utility pole owned by the Borough of Hanover.

1100:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred in the first block of York Street. A 2019 Peterbilt SME operated by Brandon Varner, of Fairfield, struck a parked 2018 Mazda 5 owned by Julianne Rebert, of Hanover.

1158:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred in the 100 block of Eisenhower Drive.  A 2007 Ford Explorer operated by Charles Thomas, of Hanover, struck a 2012 Jeep Latitude operated by Stephen Bethas, of Hanover.

1628:
Minor injury was reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred at Carlisle Street and Conewago Avenue. A 2005 Pontiac G6 operated by a Hanover juvenile struck a 2016 Subaru Impreza operated by Kelsey Novak, of York Springs.

1955:
Disturbance involving loud music was reported in the 200 block of High Street.

2058:
Harassment by communications occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 400 block of Locust Street.

2116:
Raymond Jones, age 38 of Hanover, was arrested and charged for strangulation, terroristic threats, simple assault, and harassment, following a domestic altercation reported in the 100 block of Eichelberger Street.  He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.

2158:
Disturbance involving a fight occurring between several juveniles was reported in the 300 block of York Street.

2313:
Disturbance involving a group of disorderly subjects was reported in the 400 block of Baltimore Street.

Saturday, September 24, 2022;

0054:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred in the 800 block of Broadway.  A 2020 Dodge Caravan operated by Corrina Cheche, of Abbottstown, struck a utility pole owned by Met-Ed.

0200: 
Disturbance involving loud music was reported in the 300 block of Frederick Street.

0951:
Suspicious circumstance was reported in the 100 block of W. Park Avenue where an unknown person moved an electric wheelchair without the owner’s knowledge.

1402:
Fraud involving a phone scam was reported at a business in the 1100 block of Carlisle Street.

2005:
Domestic argument occurring between several family members was reported in the 200 block of Third Street.

2029:
Charges for retail theft are pending against two 16 year old Hanover juveniles following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

2110:
Disturbance involving a loud party was reported in the 700 block of Broadway.

2159:
Disturbance involving a disorderly customer was reported at a business in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

Sunday, September 25, 2022;

0207:
Disturbance involving a disorderly female subject was reported in the 400 block of Locust Street.

0316:
Theft of a 2004 Toyota Corolla was reported taken while parked in the first block of Orchard Street.

0601:
Criminal mischief was reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street where a door to a business was damaged overnight.

1109:
Retail theft that occurred several days prior was reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1405:
A charge for retail theft is pending against a 21 year old Hanover woman following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1802:
Harassment by communications occurring between neighbors was reported in the 100 block of Broadway.

1840:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 100 block of Second Avenue.

2020:
Disturbance involving a neighbor dispute was reported in the 100 block of Broadway.

2052:
Domestic argument occurring between a mother and a son was reported in the 400 block of McCosh Street.
