0928:
Jared Winters, age 32 of Hanover, was cited for public drunkenness following an incident reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1324:
An Assault that occurred two days prior between three men was reported in the 300 block of Frederick Street.

1507:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred at E. Middle and Fulton Streets. A 2002 Jeep operated by an unknown male subject struck a 2022 Audi Q3 operated by Sara Schoolcraft, of Hanover.

1534:
Fraud involving the unauthorized use of a credit card was reported in the 500 block of W. Middle Street.

1920:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred in the first block of High Street.  A 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee operated by Michelle Rangel, of Hanover, struck a retaining wall owned by Buck Stuckey, of Mount Joy, PA.
