A charge for public drunkenness is pending against a 56 year old Hanover man following an incident reported in the 200 block of E. Chestnut Street.

Saturday, October 29, 2022;

0041:
Michael Thomas Sr., age 55 of Hanover was arrested and charged for disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance, and public drunkenness following a disturbance reported in the 300 block of Broadway.  He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.

1131:
Unauthorized use of a 2017 Kia Sportage was reported in the first block of W. Elm Avenue.

1200:
Minor injury was reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred at Eisenhower Drive and George Street.  A 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer operated by Harold Cooper, of Dover, PA, struck a 2001 Ford Ranger operated by Joshua Brown, of Hanover.

1642:
Domestic argument occurring between a father and a son was reported in the first block of E. Walnut Street.

Disturbance involving several disorderly juveniles was reported in the 800 block of Blossom Drive.

Retail theft was reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive where three juvenile subjects shoplifted beverages.

Thomas Leonard, age 58 of Hanover, was cited for public drunkenness following an incident reported in the 200 block of School Avenue.

Disturbance involving a loud party was reported in the 500 block of Broadway.

2325:
Disturbance involving several disorderly juveniles was reported in the 500 block of E. Walnut Street.

2336:
Disturbance involving a fight occurring between several subjects was reported in the area of Broadway and Stock Street.

0912:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 200 block of Frederick Street.

1335:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 400 block of S. Franklin Street.

1353:
Disturbance involving a disorderly female subject was reported at a business in the 600 block of Carlisle Street.

1429:
Domestic argument occurring between a father and a son was reported in the first block of E. Walnut Street.

1527:
A charge for harassment is pending against a 42 year old Hanover man following a domestic altercation reported in the first block of Carlisle Street.

1837:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred at E. Hanover and York Streets.  A 2008 Mazda 3 operated by Nakia Rumsey, of Hanover, struck a 2012 Ford Fusion operated by Sandra Reyes, of York.
