Harassment by communications that had occurred between a man and woman was reported in the first block of W. Middle Street.

1256:
Domestic argument occurring between parents and a son was reported in the 900 block of Broadway.

1322:
Suspicious male subject reported loitering in the 900 block of Randolph Street was not located.

1449:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 200 block of Baltimore Street.

1712:
Chandra Fishman, age 61 of Hanover, was cited for disorderly conduct following an incident reported in the 300 block of Wilson Avenue.

1903:
Criminal trespass was reported at a business in the 300 block of Wilson Avenue where an unknown male subject had been loitering on private property earlier in the day.

1952:
Bradly Dively, age 39 of Hanover, was arrested for an outstanding warrant following a traffic stop in the 300 block of Eisenhower Drive.  He was turned over to a constable for further disposition.
