Domestic disturbance between paramours reported in the 100 block Jackson St.

1055:
Criminal mischief involving damage to playground equipment reported in the 100 block N Franklin St.

1154:
Charges for simple assault and harassment are pending against a 23-year-old Hanover man following a disturbance reported in the 100 block York St.

1320hrs:
A harassment charge is pending against a 58-year-old Hanover man following a domestic related dispute reported in the 100 block Moul Av.

1330hrs:
A fraud, involving a forged check, was reported in the 0-100 block W Elm Av. Investigation continues.

1448:
Braulio Lua-Cardenas, 26 of Hanover, was arrested on a warrant for his arrest in the 200 block W. Clearview Rd. Lua-Cardenas was turned over to the custody of the Lower Allen Township Police Department for further disposition. 
1558:
Criminal mischief involving graffiti was reported in the 0-100 block Carlisle St.

1604:
Public drunkenness charges are pending against a 45-year-old Hanover woman following an incident reported in the 100 block Carlisle St.  

2144: 
A fraud, involving an internet-based scam, was reported in the 300 block W. Walnut St. Investigation continues.

0232:
Charles Clark, 58 of Hanover, was cited with criminal trespass following an incident in the 100 block Baltimore St.

0535:
Two injuries were reported, and one vehicle required towing, following a vehicle accident in the 0-100 blk W. Elm Av. A 1998 Ford Crown Victoria, operated by Michael Keiser of Hanover, struck Clayton Kinna, a pedestrian of Hanover, and a utility pole owned by Met-Ed.
