Disturbance involving a verbal argument that had occurred between two men was reported in the 300 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1130:
Harassment by communications involving unwanted text messages was reported in the 200 block of Frederick Street.

1201:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred at Broadway and Wilson Avenue.  An unknown vehicle struck a 2015 Honda Civic operated by Joshua Jones, of Hanover, and fled the scene.

1227:
Theft by deception involving a male subject receiving money for merchandise that was not purchased was reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1315:
Fraud involving a phone scam was reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

1420:
Fraud involving a fraudulently altered check was reported on Center Square.

1524:
Minor injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred in the 200 block of Wilson Avenue.  A 2015 Dodge Durango operated by Sara Hilty, of Hanover, struck a 2014 Honda Accord operated by Esther Wolford, of East Berlin.

1543:
Disturbance involving a disorderly patron was reported at a business in the 300 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1706:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred at Broadway and Eisenhower Drive.  A 2017 BMW 328i operated by Carson Taylor, of Hanover, struck a 2003 Chevrolet S10 operated by Devon Ditch, of Biglerville.

1729:
Harassment by communications occurring between a man and woman was reported in the 300 block of Jeremy Drive.

1750:
Criminal mischief was reported in the 800 block of Randolph Street where a window to parked vehicle was damaged.

1915:
Disturbance involving a subject being loud inside a residence was reported in the 100 block of E. Middle Street.

1916:
Retail theft was reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive where a female subject shoplifted assorted merchandise and left the area before police arrived.
