Fraud involving an internet based scam reported in the 700 block of Blossom Drive.

No injuries were reported and towing was not required following a crash at Carlisle Street and Kuhn Drive. A 2026 Freightliner operated by Dwayne Bitner, of Wrightsville, struck a 2003 Mercury Mountaineer operated by Eleanor Wildasin, of Hanover, which then a 2026 Chevrolet Colorado operated by John Hutzell, of Fairfield.

No injuries were reported and towing was not required following a crash at E. Middle Street and York Street. A 2014 Toyota Avalon operated by Maylan Miller, of Hanover, struck a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek operated by Alyssa Fitzsimmons, of Hanover.

Retail theft reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

Michael Mintmier, age 26 of Hanover, was arrested for outstanding warrants in the 200 block of Dart Drive. He was turned over the York County Sheriff’s Office for further disposition.

Disturbance involving loud noise reported in the 300 block of W. Walnut Street.

Suspicious circumstances involving an unwanted phone call reported in the 100 block of West Avenue.

Minor injuries were reported and towing was not required following a crash in the 200 block of W. Walnut Street. A 2005 Chevrolet Silverado operated by David Kelly, of Hanover struck a Hanover juvenile pedestrian.
