William Swain, age 58 of no fixed address, was arrested and cited for public drunkenness following an incident reported in the 400 block of Broadway. He was arraigned by Magistrate Gessner and committed to York County Prison in lieu of collateral.

Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject reported in the 300 block of High Street.
