Domestic argument occurring between cousins was reported in the 500 block of Broadway.

1233:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following a crash that occurred in the 800 block of High Street. A 2025 Freightliner operated by Jeremy Flickinger, of Dillsburg, PA, struck a 2017 Nissan Maxima operated by Jimmy Bolen, of Dover, which struck a 2012 Subaru Impreza operated by Joshua Snyder, of Seven Valleys.

1256:
Minor injuries were reported and towing was required following a crash that occurred at Eichelberger Street and E. Elm Avenue. A 2017 Hyundai Tucson operated by Jerry Walker, of Hanover, struck a 2002 Honda Accord operated by Suallet Negron-Tirado, of Littlestown. 

1334:
Minor injury was reported and towing was not required following a crash that occurred at High and W. Chestnut Streets. An unknown E-pedalcycle struck a 2022 Toyota operated by Muhammad Qayyum, of Hanover, and fled the scene.

1335:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following a crash that occurred at Carlisle and Third Streets. An unknown truck tractor and trailer struck a street sign owned by the Borough of Hanover and fled the scene.

1414:
Disturbance involving a disorderly woman was reported in the 500 block of Carlisle Street.

1425:
Disturbance involving a verbal argument occurring between two women was reported in the 500 block of Szwoyer Alley.

1459:
Minor injury was reported and towing was not required following a crash that occurred at Clearview Road and McCosh Street. Two electric scooters, operated by Blessing Kasili and a juvenile, both of Hanover, struck a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE operated by Christina Rosensteel, of Hanover. 

1712:
Ruby De Los Santos, age 30 of Hanover, was cited for harassment following a domestic altercation reported in the 100 block of Broadway.

2103:
A charge for harassment is pending against a 42 year old Hanover man following a domestic altercation reported in the 200 block of Locust Street.

2208:
Suspicious person reported loitering in the 100 block of Moulstown Road was not located.

2244:
Disturbance involving a disorderly man and woman was reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.
