Criminal trespass involving subjects loitering on private property reported in the 300 block of Baltimore Street.

1616:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following a crash in the 400 block of W. Elm Avenue. A 2018 Hyundai Tucson operated by James Ackerman, of Hanover, experienced a mechanical malfunction and became disabled.

1831:
Kimberly Kern, age 68 of Spring Grove, was cited for retail theft following an incident reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1949:
Disturbance involving an argument between several persons reported in the 400 block of W. Middle Street.

2325:
Ever Vasquez-Leon, age 32 of York, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 100 block of Carlisle Street. He was turned over to a constable for further disposition.
