Placido Santamaria-Cabrera, age 34 of Hanover, was cited for retail theft following an incident reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

Theft of a cellular phone reported in the first block of York Street.

Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman reported in the 200 block of N. Franklin Street.

Minor injury was reported and towing was required following a crash at Broadway and Keagy Avenue. A 2015 Subaru Forester operated by Aaron Oravitz, of Thomasville, struck a utility pole owned by Brightspeed.

Retail theft reported at a business in the 100 block of Carlisle Street. Investigation continues.

Dominick Grieco, age 24 of Hanover, and Jayna Helsey, age 21, of Hanover, were both cited for harassment following a domestic altercation reported in the first block of Eichelberger Street.

0648:
Suspicious person involving an unknown female subject attempting to open vehicle doors reported in the 900 block of E. Walnut Street.

0839:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman reported in the 200 block of Frederick Street.

1015:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following a crash at High Street and Gail Street. A 2015 Infinity QX56 operated by Shaun Crawford, of Hanover, struck a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 operated by Brian Magness, of Hanover.

Disturbance involving a disorderly patron reported at a business in the first block of High Street.

1550:
Musoke Lewis, age 46 of Hanover, was cited for harassment following a domestic altercation reported in the 500 block of Broadway.

1645:
Corey Sprinkel, age 32 of Hanover, was cited for retail theft following an incident reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive. He was also arrested on outstanding warrants and turned over to a constable for further disposition.

No injuries were reported and towing was not required following a crash at E. Chestnut Street and N. Railroad Street. An unknown vehicle struck a 2021 Toyota Highlander operated by Caitlyn Tharp, of Wirtz, VA, and fled the scene.

Injuries were reported and towing was required following a crash at W. Elm Avenue and High Street. A 2009 Ford Escape operated by Allison Noel, of Hanover, struck a 2016 Mazda CX5 operated by John Livelsberger, of Hanover.

Disturbance involving fireworks and a loud noise reported at Academy Street and Carlisle Street.

Joyce Parker, age 65 of Hanover, was cited for disorderly conduct following an incident reported in the first block of Carlisle Street.
