Anthony Noriega, age 47 of McSherrystown, was arrested on outstanding warrants in the first block of Frederick Street. He was turned over to a Constable for further disposition.

1257:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following a crash in the 900 block of Carlisle Street. A 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt operated by Makenlee Plotts, of Pen Argyl, struck a 2016 Honda HRV operated by Shari Small, of Hanover.

Rashad Currie, age 27 of York, was cited for public drunkenness following an incident reported in the first block of North Street.

A charge for violation of a protection order is pending against a 36 year old Hanover man following an incident reported in the 100 block of Frederick Street.

No injuries were reported and towing was not required following a crash at Fulton Street and E. Middle Street. A 2022 Hyundai Tuscon operated by Catherine Ridener, of Hanover, struck a 2025 Nissan Rogue operated by Michelle Penarrieta, of Hanover.

Disturbance involving disorderly juveniles reported in the 100 block of E. Elm Avenue who were located and warned.

Charges for disorderly conduct and harassment are pending against a 14 year old Hanover juvenile following an incident reported in the 100 block of E. Elm Avenue.

Nicole Lied, age 40 of Hanover, was arrested on outstanding warrants in the 900 block of Carlisle Street. She was turned over to the York County Sheriff's Office for further disposition.

Charges for possession of a controlled substance are pending against a 40 year old Hanover woman following an incident in the 900 block of Carlisle Street.

Ian Chin, age 27 of Hanover, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 300 block of N. Franklin Street. He was turned over to the York County Sheriffs Office for further disposition.
