Kyle Hess, age 18, of Hanover, and 17 year old McSherrystown juvenile, were cited for retail theft following an incident reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

Franklin Whitmer, age 46 of Hanover, was cited for harassment following a domestic altercation reported in the first block of E. Hanover Street.

Charges for terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct are pending against a 19 year old Hanover male following a physical altercation reported in the 300 block of Baltimore Street.
